Hello my fellow artist's and others who wish to be one, Crystalheartreader05 here! I'm here to help and give my own, personal, advice to give you a head-start in learning how to draw. But, do you know what a manga is? These are Japanese comics drawn in black and white and are categorized like basic american comics in the Japanese language ex. :Shonen(action), Shojo(romance), Doujinshi(fan art based on a series), etc. Most of the manga are based on things that occurred in real life and re-imagined in the story of the characters.
Comics on the other hand have the some of the same elements but drawn and colored with normal colors. But also some of the comics are based on a type of myth or legend. Some of those would be: Thor and Loki, from Marvel. These are categorized in English ex. : sc-fi, fantasy, action and adventure. To me some manga are way less dramatic then the comics in total, for the exception of Shojo. Because in the comics they put too much drama a times and even loses a sense in the plot. Sincerely I don't have such a taste in comics and I prefer manga then comics so I'm sorry if I gave any offense to anyone in my post.
Well, that's all for today hope my counseling helped some of you understand that manga are not "comics made in japan", as they say in Japan: "Sayonara!"
